For marketplace services or digital commerce services, refunds are applicable only if the service has not yet been initiated.

Once a refund request is approved, the amount will be processed within 7 to 10 business days using the original payment method. Processing time may vary depending on the payment provider or bank.

Cases Where Refunds Are Not Applicable

Refunds are not applicable for completed services, digital access already provided, customized orders, or products damaged due to misuse. Any exceptions, including partial refunds, are subject to internal review and final approval by the company.
