At Navratra Ecommerce Private Limited, we aim to provide a smooth and reliable shopping experience. This policy explains the terms for returns, cancellations, and refunds for all purchases made on our platform.

Return Policy

Customers can request a return within 7 days of delivery of the product. To be eligible for return:

  • Product must be unused, unworn, and unwashed
  • All original tags and packaging must be intact
  • Product should not be damaged or altered
Once the return request is approved, the item will be picked up or must be shipped back as instructed. After successful quality check, the refund will be processed.

Cancellation Policy

Orders can be cancelled only before they are shipped. Once the order is dispatched, cancellation is not allowed. In such cases, customers can use the return option after delivery as per the return policy.

Refund Processing Time

Once the returned product passes inspection, the refund will be processed within 3 to 5 business days to the original payment method. The exact time may vary depending on the bank or payment provider.

Cases Where Refunds Are Not Applicable

Refunds will not be applicable in the following cases:

  • Used, damaged, or washed products
  • Products without original tags or packaging
  • Return request raised after the allowed return period
  • Customized or altered products
